Chard and the villages
Tatworth, Forton, Combe St Nicholas, Winsham, and the run down the A358. Name the places you serve. Leave out the ones you do not.
Studio in South Chard
AskMind builds hand-coded websites from South Chard. Yeovil is the nearest large town. Chard, Crewkerne and Ilminster are the everyday work. A shop on Middle Street and a plumber covering Tatworth need different pages, and both get a written price before anything is built.
South Somerset
Yeovil customers often compare a few businesses before they call. They need services, proof of work, and a phone number that works on a mobile. Chard and the villages around it are smaller. A trades site there wins when it says which lanes and towns it actually covers, and when the quote form is short enough to finish in a van.

Shops, clinics, and firms around the town centre, Pen Mill, and the Lysander Road estates. Hours, parking, and a map matter more than a slogan.
The same studio covers both. A page for either town only goes up when that business really works there, not as a copy of this one with the name swapped.
Who this is for
Most of this work is a five to ten page site: what you do, where you do it, photos of the work, and a way to get in touch. Larger builds, including a shop or a booking system, are scoped on the call and priced on the websites page.
Sherborne is a short drive into Dorset and businesses there are welcome. AskMind does not have a Sherborne office, and this page is not a stand-in for one.
Service area, call button, and a gallery that loads quickly on a phone.
Opening hours, what you sell, and how to find the door.
What you supply, collection or delivery, and a contact that is not buried in a menu.
A clear explanation of the work, the people, and how an enquiry is handled.
How the site is built
There is no WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace theme underneath. Pages are written for the business, hosted by AskMind on the managed plans, and edited through the Pages Command Center when you want to change a price or a photo yourself.
Taunton has its own page because it is a different town with a different search. The rest of the county is on the Somerset web design page.
Calls, quote forms, a shop, or a replacement for a site that has become slow. The call is for that, and it is free.
You get a scope in writing. QuickSites and bespoke are different products, with the prices on this page.
Forms, maps, and the pages a customer actually reads are tested before the domain points at the new site.
If a current site already has pages people find, those addresses are kept or redirected. A redesign should not throw away the visits you already have.
The studio is in South Chard, Somerset. Chard, Crewkerne, Ilminster and Yeovil are the towns this page is for. Meetings are usually on a call. There is no Yeovil high-street shop and no office in Sherborne.
QuickSites start at £199 upfront with no minimum term. A bespoke site is £499 upfront, then £19.99 a month for 24 months, about £979 in total. After that term is paid, the code transfers to you. There is no early buyout.
Yes. That includes Tatworth, Forton, Combe St Nicholas, Winsham, Crewkerne, Ilminster and the businesses along the A30 and A358. A trades site should name the villages it actually covers. A shop site should give hours, parking and a map for the town it is in.
Yes. Useful pages, rankings and inbound links are checked first. Addresses that already get visits are kept or redirected. The new site is hand-coded, so there is no plugin update cycle.
Bring the current site, or describe the business if you are starting from nothing. The call decides whether a QuickSite or a bespoke build is the right one.
